Spanning 52 hectares, the village boasts a compact layout designed with athletes in mind. Three distinct areas make up its core: the Olympic Village Plazza, an international zone overlooking the serene Seine river, a residential enclave surrounding the renowned Cité du Cinéma, and an operational hub seamlessly connected to major road networks and public transportation.

The village will accommodate 14,250 athletes during the Olympic Games and 8,000 during the Paralympic Games.

What sets this village apart is its unparalleled accessibility to training facilities. An astounding 100% of athletes will have access to training venues within a mere 20-minute radius, with 60% of them having training facilities right within the village itself. Moreover, a staggering 85% of athletes will find themselves less than 30 minutes away from their respective competition venues. Such proximity not only minimizes logistical challenges but also maximizes athletes’ focus and preparation.
